Case Study

An international brewing company wanted to upgrade desktop applications for over 2,000 colleagues in multiple locations and use the opportunity to really change how teams across the business worked with each other and with other organisations in the group.

Black Cat Thinking worked with the leadership and delivery teams to create a plan of activity that would create excitement for the changes and ensure colleagues were keen to adopt the new technology and new ways of working. We created ‘programme brand’ through which to promote a range of activities to encourage and embed the change, including corporate publications, online support, training sessions and roadshows. The different requirements of each business function were carefully considered, including those of home-based colleagues. We also ensured that the leadership team were primed and ready to lead by example.

On completion the client was able to demonstrate an immediate reduction in travel costs, and improved productivity for team members based at different locations. Communication across teams and sites improved, and the overall response to the new technology was very positive.
